HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

Lemon Peach Mousse Cake for the great father! The sponge cake is layered with lemon mousse and sliced peach. I am supposed to cover the top with whipped cream but I run out of that and do not want to make a trip to just to get it. So I just covered the top with the remaining lemon mousse. Hope it taste ok.

Fruit Cupcake

This is one of the best baking product so far. It is a recipe from Alex Goh's book. The texture is soft and moist and it remain so a week later. Super easy project.

The making of Bread

I am not sure what has gotten into my head but I just can't stop baking. This time, I made my bread... wierd cos it is so cheap to get a loaf out there. But if you have tried it, you will know that nothing can beat your homemade ones.. even though it may turn hard as rock the next day.
